Eventify only stores the minimum personal data required to manage your account, authenticate you, and host the projects you create for your events.

All processing is limited to providing the Eventify service. We never sell, rent, or share your personal data with advertisers or other third parties.

Your data protection rights

Under the European General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the following rights regarding your personal data stored in Eventify:

  • Right of access & data portability

    You can request an export of the personal data linked to your account and events. We will deliver it in a structured, machine-readable format (JSON/CSV) within 30 days.

  • Right to rectification

    Update your email, password, or project information directly from your dashboard, or contact us to correct inaccurate or incomplete data.

  • Right to erasure

    Ask us to delete your account and associated event content at any time. This removes uploaded media, guest submissions, and linked metadata from our active systems.

  • Right to restriction or objection

    Request a pause of processing or object to specific uses of your data. We will honour requests unless the processing is legally required for security or compliance reasons.

Submit your privacy request through our contact form using the email address associated with your account. We acknowledge every request within 72 hours and complete it within 30 days.

Data retention and storage

Event and guest content is retained for up to 18 months after your last activity so you can revisit your galleries. You can delete projects sooner from your dashboard or by contacting us.

System backups are kept for 30 days before being purged. When data is deleted, it is removed from active databases and scheduled for erasure from backups during the next rotation cycle.

No personal data is shared with third parties. Your preferences remain on your device and are never used for profiling or tracking purposes.
